Southwest Geophysical Consulting, LLC was conceived on November 6th, 2015 by Dave Decker as a way to consolidate 30 years of experience in caving, karst, geology, physics, project management and systems engineering into one cohesive entity that provides services, project management and education to city, county, state and federal agencies as well as private businesses and landowners.
In order to prevent damage to utilities, provide early warning for sinkhole collapse, and to locate buried resources, Southwest Geophysical Consulting, LLC provides geophysical services to government entities, the construction industry, geology and archeology related research, law enforcement, and land owners.
This wholly owned, CVE-certified, Service-Disabled, Veteran Owned Business specializes in providing ground penetrating radar, resistivity surveys, and seismic evaluations to locate utilities, voids, and other subsurface anomalies prior to digging.
Corporate experience includes 25 years of expertise installing, operating, maintaining and repairing military radars and electronic warfare equipment and over 30 years of caving and working in karst environments.
